Brother Tuck's turn to tell the story of the ultimate moral dilemma as Robin Hood is accused of killing one of the very people who he has sworn to protect.

Whilst helping with the baiting of Guy of Gisborne and the Sheriff's men, Robin Hood and his merry men are letting their arrows fly free. But the Headman of the village is distraught to find that an arrow that can only come from Robin's bow has killed his brother. Guy is keen to bring Robin to justice, seeing this is a good time to bury Robin once and for all.

Guy doesn't count on the fact that Robin is more than willing to sacrifice himself on the altar for the accidental killing of the bystander. When he gives himself up, it looks like the outlaws will no longer have anyone to follow and the people of the local villages are doomed.

David Harewood is the voice of Tuck who narrated this episode of the audio stories and he also speaks for the other characters in this erudite analysis of the morality of armed struggle. Yes, I was surprised to hear a reasoned argument from the show that brought you 21st Century dialogue from the Dark Ages. This is stirring stuff and a good listen

Short extras included here are a little chat with the new character, Brother Tuck. He is a more spiritual version of the character than used in previous Robin Hoods or as the interviewer puts it, the Alistair Campbell to Robin's Tony Blair. Yes...er can't wait for more spin.
