With all the Handbooks, Chronicle Books have covering information so you can be the human equivalent of Batman, Superman or Spider-Man, you would have thought there would have been something equivalent for everyone's favourite Amazon, Wonder Woman. Instead, there is this picture book which is more about teaching you how to use Wonder Woman as a template for getting and keeping a job. Well, at least I shaln't have to contemplate wearing her costume. Interestingly, the art depicting Wonder Woman comes from all her earliest appearances in 'Sensation Comics' up to more contemporary times. There's a bet comicbook fans will have fun matching the art to the comics they came from, especially as the early Wonder Woman comics can be sourced from DC Comics.

After getting your job, the book shows how to get on with people there and how to make excuses to go off and rescue the world in your coffee break. I should point out that some elements of this book are definitely tongue-in-cheek.
I will confess to having some mixed feelings about this book, more from the lack of textual content but considering it is written by women, it can hardly be considered as a watered down male interpretation of what they think women want. Will women find this book useful? Come to think of it, would men or even male comicbook collectors looking for some related book find this useful? You'll have to judge that for yourself. The book has been out since 2007 and undoubtedly will be making itself known in anyone's Christmas stocking if they're looking for something unusual.
