Michael Marshall with Hazard Warning

SFF author Marshall is coming to the Guildhall Theatre in the UK's Derby on Thursday 15th March 2007.

Also reading on the night will be Hazard Warning, who are three local crime writers, Rod Duncan, Clare Littleford and Sally Spedding. Each will read one part of a three-part interlinked story to begin the event.

7.30pm, Guildhall Theatre, tickets £9 (concessions £7). Tickets from Assembly Rooms Box Office, 01332 255800.

Michael Marshall is a novelist and screenwriter. His first novel, Only Forward, won two majorliterary awards. His second, Spares, is currently under option at Paramount - after originally being optioned by Stephen Spielberg's DreamWorks SKG. His third, One Of Us, was optioned by Warner Brothers. He has more recently written best-selling thriller such as The Straw Men, The Lonely Dead and Blood of Angels. His next novel, The Intruders will be published in April.

Michael is currently engaged in the development of original television and movie projects, and six of his short stories are currently being adapted for television. He will be reading from his work and answering any of your questions.
