Horror fans to gorge on Eclipse

Eclipse, the third movie in the ever-popular Twilight saga of vamping vampires, is be released in the USA on Wednesday June 30th 2010. Melissa Rosenberg, who did the scripts for both Twilight and New Moon, is currently writing the script for Eclipse in consultation with the creator of the Twilight books, Stephenie Meyer.

In Eclipse, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge.

In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob - knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf.

With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.

The modern day vampire love story Twilight was released in US cinemas on November 21st 2008, taking $69.6 million during its first weekend.

The second instalment of the film franchise, New Moon starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, will be out in the US on November 20th 2009.
