NASA sets sights on first Pluto mission
21/12/2005. NASA is preparing to launch the first spacecraft to distant Pluto and its moon Charon. The January 2006 launch of New Horizons will complete the initial reconnaissance of the planets in the solar system.

13/12/2005. Studio Ghibli has officially announced that their next feature film will be Gedo Senki Gedo War History, directed by Hayao Miyazaki's son, Goro Miyazaki. The film will be an adaptation of Ursula K Le Guin's Earthsea novels, and will be released in the Japanese theatres in July 2006.
