09/11/2006Source: Nest Contributor. Jessica Martin

Interview with Michael J. Cavallaro, author of Cybernetica, a science fiction novel about a futuristic application of thought control by government to direct the way people think.

Arcanum Books has put up a downloadable version of a recent interview between Michael J. Cavallaro, author of the science fiction novel, Cybernetica, and Destinies radio host, Howard Margolin, on 90.1 F.M in Stony Brook USA.

Aired on November 3rd, 2006, Howard Margolin discusses with the Cavallaro the possibilities, based on his novel, of a future where cybernetic technology has been developed to subliminally influence the way people think, feel, and act. Interview includes an excerpt of the book.

As the host of Destinies: The Voice of Science Fiction, Howard Margolin has interviewed science fiction authors such as Richard Matheson, Forrest J Ackerman, Julie Schwartz and Norman Spinrad. Destinies has been on the air for the past twenty years and interviewed Isaac Asimov during its first show.
