China Miéville picks up the best novel gong at the 2003 British Fantasy Awards. Well, the following are the worthy winners of the 2003 British Fantasy Awards, just handed out at this year's Fantasycon at the Tillington Hall Hotel, Stafford, on Sunday 23rd November.
Small-press (or do they prefer 'independent press'?) house PS Publishing continue their own notable march to success, scooping most the awards that China didn't hoover up first!
