Why you shouldn't buy his book
12/07/2004 Source: Jessica Martin

Author Nick Pollotta doesn't want you Americans to buy his latest book 'That Darn Squid God' from American Amazon.

Amazon.com that sells to the US market has Nick Pollotta's novel 'That Darn Squid God' on its website at $55.01 when its actual retail price is $24.95.
American Amazon claim there's no problem but people are still buying the book. Nick Pollotta requests that you don't buy his book from Amazon until the price drops to its normal price. If you have been over-charged then you should contact Amazon.com & query the discrepancy.
In the meantime, buy direct from its publisher, Wildside Press, or other speciality bookstores. Amazon.co.uk have it at the correct price.
