The Star Trek web site is due a makeover. Greenroom gets the job.

Web designers Greenroom have been asked to handle front and back end design, production, and hosting of the forthcoming Paramount DVD website and club, which includes ongoing maintenance and development of the Star Trek website.

Roberto Sodano, Marketing Director of Greenroom commented: 'We are tremendously excited to be working with Paramount as the entertainment industry is at the heart of what Greenroom does, day in and day out. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to create and develop a through the line online strategy for such a prestigious brand."

Creative Director, Jon Hamm said: 'The online audience are Paramount's core DVD purchasers. It is our intention over the coming year to fully utilise the digital marketing mix to develop a meaningful and sustainable relationship with this audience which we believe will have a significant impact on Paramount's online sales and market presence."

John Robson, Marketing Director, Paramount Home Entertainment UK commented: 'We're very pleased to add Greenroom to the team. The pitch showed us that there are some fantastic agencies out there. It was Greenroom's wealth of movie experience and innovative approach, particularly on our upcoming releases of Star Trek Voyager, that really shone out at the end of the day.'
