The nominees for the 2004 Hugo Awards are announced. Noreascon Four has just announced the nominees for the 2004 Hugo Awards (for work done in 2003). The winners will be announced in ceremonies at the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention in Boston, MA, September 2nd-6th, 2004.
Final voting for the Hugo will begin in May; only supporting and attending members of Noreascon Four may vote.
