Shadow Kingdoms

Shadow Kingdoms, the first of ten matching limited-edition hardcover volumes collecting the classic fantasy fiction of pulp author Robert E Howard, is now available from Wildside Press. For the first time, Howard's fantasy works are presented in chronological order, starting with Howard's first professional sale, "Spear and Fang", with series editor Paul Herman restoring the texts back to their original magazine appearances.
These first editions feature Smythe-sewn bindings, cover illustrations by Stephen Fabian, and new introductions by fantasy and Robert E. Howard scholars.
The next volume, The Moon of Skulls and Other Stories, is scheduled for early February 2005.
