Danny Flynn has been an Illustrator of SF, Horror and Fantasy since the mid 1980's, having illustrated the covers of hundreds of novels for authors including Robert A Heinlein, Isaac Asimov, Frederik Pohl, Brian Stableford, and Sir Arthur C Clarke. Around 2001 he got caught up doing the concept art for two computer games ... all good fun and everything, yet he missed illustrating books. However, he continued working on personal paintings he had wanted to do... and his ongoing project "Lunartics" which has 200 oddball creatures, the Universe's misfits who discover the Earth's moon is hollow.
Danny was at the recent World SF Convention in Glasgow as part of the Artshow - he even won an award there for his cover of George R R Martin's "Fevre Dream", which he says was a welcome surprise. Check his work out over at these coordinates: www.dannyflynn.com
