Harlan Ellison is in the news once more in a legal battle - he's suing one of the best independent comics publishers around, Fantagraphics (a company run by folk who love the medium and try to bring the best of unusual material to readers rather than just trying to make a quick buck, so not a move likely to be popular in the comics community).
Details over over at http://forbiddenplanet.co.uk/blog/ on the FPI blog, plus link to The Comics Journal (published by Fanta) and their own blog Journalista which has link to a PDF of the complaint.
