John Picacio becomes the master

Artist John Picacio will be the Master of Ceremonies for the International Horror Guild Awards presentation at the World Fantasy Convention Thursday, November 2nd, 2006. The event is scheduled for 8:00 PM in the Wedgewood Room of the Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas. Chelsea Quinn Yarbro will be accepting her "Living Legend" at the event as well.
