Yesterday in the Guardian, John Crace criticised the publishing industry'sinability to embrace the internet and said that the industry that 'was once the springboard for radicalism is in danger of dying of conservatism.' However, things are starting to change. Tomorrow morning, UK publisher Headline will publish the first instalment of 2000AD writer Simon Spurrier's debut novel 'CONTRACT' online for free, on a dedicated site.
