Superman Returns scoops Saturn Awards (why?) 18/05/2007 . Source: Jessica Martin 
As the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films celebrates their 35th anniversary this year, Superman Returns led the winners with five awards in film and Heroes took the top honors for television with three awards. Buy Superman Returns in the USA - or Buy Superman Returns in the UK  Superman Returns won Best Fantasy Film, as well as awards for direction (Bryan Singer), writing (Dan Harris, Michael Dougherty), actor (Brandon Routh), and music (John Ottman). The Universal release, Children of Men received the award for Best Science Fiction film.
Heroes won Best Network Television Series and two of the stars of the show received honors (Masi Oka - Best Supporting Actor, and Hayden Panettiere - Best Supporting Actress).
