Peter F. Hamilton will be out promoting his new book The Dreaming Void. He will be at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2 H 8JR, on Thursday 2nd August 6-7pm. He has also written the Greg Mandel, Judas Unchained and Night’s Dawn series; the latter of which covered 10 individual novels.
The Dreaming Void is set in AD4000 and at the heart of the Intersolar Commonwealth universe is a black hole - the Void.
A human has started having dreams about how wonderful the Void is and wants to start a Pilgrimage to live there. He has millions of fellow believers with him but other species in the galaxy want to stop the Pilgrimage fleet at any cost.
This is the first of the Void Trilogy.
