A Contract with Spurrier
24/07/2007 Source: Jessica Martin

Author Simon Spurrier will be signing his book Contract. He will be at the new Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8JR, on Saturday 6th October 2007 1-2pm.

SFX Magazine called the novel ‘Crime fiction with a horrific twist that will certainly satisfy your faintly unnatural lusts.’

Simon is still a bit amazed that he gets paid for doing something he loves and says that after being born, signing a publishing deal is the best thing that’s ever happened to him. He has also written comics for 2000AD.

Contract concentrates on the story of Michael Point. An ordinary well spoken guy who just happens to kill people for money. Everything is going well until the people he’s bumped off come back to life and try to kill him! What’s going on? Is he losing his mind or is something far more sinister going on?
