Eclipse Clock fun
09/07/2007 Source: Jessica Martin

Astro-illustrator Dave Hardy has presented a rather magnificent Eclipse Clock to Sir Patrick Moore at the 50th Anniversary of The Sky At Night party on the 24th April 2007. Dave was of course his first space artist on the programme back in 1957, and still supply images - there was one last month of the new exoplanet, Gliese 581c.

At the time the clipse Clock was the only copy, but as it has created so much interest (especially among eclipse chasers) Dave has now decided to produce a very limited edition, each one made to order, with a maximum of 20. There is also a Moon Phase Clock on similar lines, which he made for Worldcon in Glasgow, and which sold for £110.

The price for the Eclipse Clock will be £65, each one signed.
