Ken Steacy visits London

News of an in-store appearance by comic book artist Ken Steacy. He will be at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8JR, on Wednesday 11th July 2007 5-6pm.

At the age of 11 Canadian Ken decided he wanted to become a professional comic book artist. Since then he has written and illustrated stories for Batman, Superman, Spider-Man and X-Men, and worked on the Comico comic book series of Astro Boy and Jonny Quest.

Ken’s also worked with Lucasfilms producing stories and computer-rendered illustrations for Star Wars children’s books.

On top of that Ken also has his own publishing house which specializes in books of creative illustration and collectables. Ken will be at the FP signing autographs, doing sketches and displaying original artwork.
