The Children of Hurin collector’s edition has just been launched, signed and numbered by both Christopher Tolkien and Alan Lee. There are only 500 available, priced at £350 each. If they can’t afford them, they can always wait for the paperback which is out April 2008 at a more affordable £8.99, illustrations included.
This object of desire comes with new illustrations and a two-colour fold-out map, is leather-bound and hand-sewn with a custom leather clamshell case.
