The Amory Wars
29/01/2008 Source: Jessica Martin

Forbidden Planet is to host a UK signing by the band Coheed and Cambria. They will be signing copies of their science fiction comic book The Amory Wars at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, 179 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, WC2H 8JR, on Friday 8th February 2008 5-6pm.

Buy The Amory Wars in the USA - or Buy The Amory Wars in the UK

Claudio Sanchez, author of The Amory Wars and lead singer with Coheed and Cambria is doing his first ever London comic book signing at Forbidden Planet - and the rest of the band will be there as well. This is a chance to get the entire band to sign The Amory Wars comics which tells the story behind Coheed and Cambria’s lyrics.

The band are currently on the Kerrang! tour in the UK, and after our signing they head straight back to the States to tour with Linkin Park.

The Amory Wars - Mariah Antillarea rallies her troops for the upcoming war against Tri-Mage Wilhelm Ryan. In space, Inferno chases Coheed and Cambria aboard the Gloria Vel Vessa, unaware that Admiral Vielar Crom is right behind him, ready to launch an attack on BOTH vessels. The Priests dispatch with Patrick, but Claudio is still at large, slowly awakening to his new role as his powers continue to develop.

Coheed and Cambria will only be signing copies of the comics, which will be available in store on the day. Due to time restrictions, the FP sadly can’t guarantee that everyone who queues will be seen.
