The somewhat shy Eric Brown

Reclusive scifi author Eric Brown will be visiting the UK's Birmingham SF Group on Friday 13th June 2008. He will be talking about how he started in science fiction and about his latest novel, Kethani. Buy Kéthani in the USA - or Buy Kéthani in the UK  An Ex-League football player who has written plays for children, he's written more than a couple of dozen novels in the last 20 years. His stories have won polls and a BSFA award. He rarely gives talks like this - in fact, this could be the first time - so this could be one to remember.
Tickets will be £3 to BSFG members and £4 for non-members.
