Ian Edginton and D’Israeliwill be signing Stickleback at the Forbidden Planet, 38 Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 7LA, on Saturday 23rd August 2008 at 1-2pm. Stickleback: It’s London, the turn of the nineteenth century and the inhabitants live in fear of a villainous character known only as Stickleback. Buy Stickleback in the USA - or Buy Stickleback in the UK  Ian Edginton works in British comics today, having made his name in America before returning home to work on 2000AD and other titles (not the other way round!). Edginton has penned Wolverine, Batman, and Judge Dredd, as well as being the author of H.G. Wells’ The War of the Worlds, The Red Seas, Leviathan, and the Eisner-award-nominated Scarlet Traces.
D’Israeli co-created Lazarus with Warren Ellis, in Deadline he co-created Fatal Charm with Shane Oakley and with Paul Cornell he created XTNCT for Judge Dredd magazine. He has worked alongside Ian Edginton on HG Wells’ The War OF The Worlds, Leviathan and Scarlet Traces.
