These awards are given out every year by the awards sponsor,
SFcrowsnest.com, and the Organizing Committee of the WRA,
to the best online sites operating in the science fiction
and fantasy genre.
This year, 2004, was the second annual awards and the winners
are listed below. At final count on July 1st 2004, 12,381
verified voters had made 68,725 valid nominations for various
